One day Raymond Francis, a chemist and a graduate of MIT, found himself in a hospital, battling for his life. Must Read Book on Health

As other reviews have stated this is probably the BEST book on health, bar none. It explains in very simple and easy to read terms what causes disease/sickness and knowing that is half the battle. If you put into practice the principles set forth in this book, you will be healthy and stay healthy.
My wife and I have seven going on eight children. Since putting these principles into practice, my children are healthy. My two year old has been sick two days her whole life. My other six children have not been sick at all in over three years.
Please understand, you cannot just read this book and be healthy. You must put the principles into practice and that is what we have done.
Prevent and reverse any disease using the teachings in this book. However, it does require effort on your part to do it.
Unfortunately, my own father is dying from cancer and will not put it's teachings into practice. For most people, to change their lifestyle is very difficult.
After understanding this book and putting it into practice you will not need medical insurance, sick days at work or worry about Obamacare.
This book is excellent healthy made simple and easy to understand.

Most Sensible "Manual" for Healthful Living

This book was recommended to me by a friend after I had spent 4 days in the hospital with breathing issues. I am 68 and this was a first
medical scare for me. I read articles and books about the state of poor health in America so very often and the focus is upon the "symptoms".
This books says that ,"more than 3 out of 4 americans have...a diagnosable disease of some kind." Applied to myself, by the time my body
demonstrated symptoms of illness, I had been "ill" for quite some time. The contents of this book are easy to read, easy to understand,
explains how the body works, and teaches how to live healthfully. There and so many conflicting ideas about diet, supplements, and health
concerns in our lives and this book gives us a way to evaluate these opposing views. Highly recommend this book for any age or current
state of health.

This book essentially saved a friend's life

This book changed the lives of at least two people I gave it to. One of those people was in worse and worse shape whenever I saw him, nearing death, despite all medical treatment and experimentation. The last time I saw him he was vastly improved, and when I asked how that happened, he answered it was this book which I gave him. He said he found out it was what he was taking in as food. This book essentially saved his life.
