Grind your real life stats with this book

Games2Gains contains a LOT of helpful information that specifically targets beginners looking at improving their fitness, while keeping them motivated to achieve their goals. An included meal and training plan provides the readers with the basic building blocks of fitness which I find I find are some of the hardest stepping stones, finding a meal and training regime.

With each turn of the virtual page I was drawn to finish the contents of the book. The quotes from multiple famous achievers at the start of each chapter really enticed me into continuing past the initial 10% of the book.

The author's style of writing is perfectly suited for the task of motivating the reader because he sounds like he's speaking to you in person as a friend with his colloquial words and kind demeanor.

I highly recommend to any/every one to give this book a try. Even if you already are fit or know what to do, I'm sure you'll find something inspiring in this book. I never thought to keep a journal or to mentally prepare myself and treat working out as an event, I just participated. Now after reading this, I want to conquer.

For real though, lose weight and get that Challenger status. 10/10 awesome read

What a first book lol. Awesome read and some ridiculously awesome hints to assist with weight loss and generally being a healthier person, the quotes to the teasers about the "Easter Eggs" made me NEED to keep reading to find out what these were about and I was not disappointed. The tips that the author shared were remarkable and easily achievable, it's not some massive spiel on how to run 100 miles per day and do some crazy excessive routine. Instead he simply explained about how he went and lost 20kgs in 3 months in a very achievable manner, I would say what some of those tips but what's $0.99 for a possibly life changing read?

Whether you're a gamer, which the author has used excellent examples to relate this to, or just a person looking to lose weight or get a bit fitter, This book is for you.

This book has helped me out tremendously being a former video game addict and spending up to sometimes 12+ hours a day playing video games, LOL no joke!!. It has really given the push and more Importantly the direction and guidance that I needed from someone who is genuine and not out to make a quick dollar. Each section builds onto each, perfectly and it is very easy to implement.

Money well worth the return on Investment. :)
