It's a good thing we seem to be moving past the days of Twiggy and Audrey Hepburn in terms of the ideal shape. Today we women have role models like Beyonce, JLo and Mariah Carey - women with curves. There is no better day and age to be a pear, and this book has great advice to help all pears really take advantage of your shape and sculpt it the way it was meant to be. A well-rounded regimen, complete with nutrition advice, exercises, and photographs.

I sit at a computer way too much, which I think is the reason my hands, arms and mostly upper body are in decent shape but the lower half not so much. I could just avoid full-length mirrors or realize I have a bottom half and take care of it. Andy Charalambous's new book "How to Improve your Pear-Shaped Body" is just what my bottom half needs.
